Are you feeling very hungry this is what you need to cook!! MEATBALLS!!! this is what you need to do

kitchen tools

chopping board

small kitchen knife

mixing bowl



baking sheet or frying pan



4 portions

250g minced beef

250g minced pork

1 egg

2-3tbsp fresh breadcrumbs

1 large white onion

2 garlic cloves

2 tsbp

chopped freshley parsley

1 tsp cumin

salt and pepper

flour for dusting


First, assemble your ingredients

Next, dice the onion and garlic

Then, to make the meatballs, mix the meat,egg, breadcrumbs, onion,garlic, parsley, cumin and salt and pepper

Afterthat, cook a small amount and taste for seasoning

Then roll into small balls and dust with flour
